I’ve been using Tenobet for the spring, so I reckon I have enough mileage to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was chasing somewhere with decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s honestly massive — somewhere around 4,000+ games going by the counter, and the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times for the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. To check current promos, they’re listed at tenobet if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to verify me, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slow.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, which means browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android though I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in can be a bit slow in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
